Beach Bums

Aaaah, Destin, how I love you so. We just returned from a week at the beach with my parents, Carly, Marc, and Ryder. Haley, we missed you tons! My parents rented a beach house that had a private pool and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had such a great time relaxing, soaking up the sun, eating, playing games, golfing, shopping, etc. Here are some pics from the trip....

This was taken the first morning we were there. At the time, we had no idea that Hutch would have to CONSTANTLY be told to stay off these steps. He loved them so much, he thought it was worth a couple of spankings to attempt to climb them.
Hazel loves her bouncer Where you could usually find us from 5 PM on...the screened in porch overlooked the pool Hutch is quite the proud brother these days

I think this picture is hilarious.

Our little sunbathing beauty

Marc & Ryder

This is the only time my Dad's feet felt pool water (or ocean water). I think he just enjoyed watching the grandkids live it up.

Carly & Ryder at the beach

Hutch LOVED the ocean

This was so cute to watch- Hutch kept watching Jeremy & imitating everything he would do.

This is how Hutch traveled to the beach!

Little Squeaks all smiles in her swimsuit

Me, Jeremy, and Hutch

It was a challenge keeping Ryder from eating the sand. Or anything that would fit into the palm of his hand. :)

Love this!

Hutch being silly

Check out this good lookin' couple

Love that Destin water

We at every meal at the house except for the last night. We headed to the Back Porch & it was delish. The view wasn't too shabby either.

Check out Hutch's expression. I guarantee you he is thinking, "No one touches my sister's head without me saying it's ok!" He is so protective of her- it is really cute.

Love Ryder's sweet 2 teeth smile

For the record- Hazel does not enjoy eating out. We usually end up passing her around & pulling her in and out of her car seat. And then someone has to hold her while trying to eat with one hand. That's ok, though. She was probably just envious because she couldn't order the fried shrimp.

My sweet parents- thanks for everything! We had a ball!!! Love y'all tons! We hope we can make this an annual event :)
